Hoian Sincerity Hotel & Spa - Hoi An

Gotta rave about the miso soup at breakfast-it's so tasty! Plus, the staff's hospitality is on another level. They genuinely care, and you can feel the warmth. We had a blast enjoying the pool that has a swim-up bar. It's a perfect chill spot!

Caught the TV flipping channels on its own-made for some amusing moments while trying to catch the game.

Marvellous location in Hoi An short walk to the highly rated restaurants in town, beach & Hoi an old town and the atmospheric old center. Absolutely fantastic breakfast with local & western food, with reasonably priced food.

Nicely furnished and brand-new rooms complete with reliable hot water, bathroom, as for instance...

We faced some inconveniences. The distance to the old town was greater than we expected. We also encountered a cleaning staff member entering our room unexpectedly, quite unsettling.

Staff made us feel at home

The staff were attentive. I fell in love with the spacious beautiful room, bright and perfectly quiet. The hotel also provided complimentary bicycles, great for a beautiful ride through the rice fields to the beach.

While the location is serene, it is a bit far from the Old Town, requiring either a longer walk or shuttle bus ride. I wish there were more dining options nearby for those leisurely evenings after a full day of exploring.

Is it really that good? My take

Absolutely fantastic service! The staff is unbelievably friendly and helpful! Great breakfast with a wide selection to start your day right.

Location is a bit far from the main attractions-might be inconvenient without transport! Some amenities felt slightly lacking in training.

The complimentary bicycles provided a fun way to explore. Unfortunately, the room had a persistent musty odor.

Don't miss the bicycles for easy exploration. The pool area provided a relaxing escape. The air conditioning struggled , reminding future guests to check room cooling before unpacking.

Enjoyed a wonderful stay with great breakfast choices and a lovely outdoor pool to unwind by. Plus, the spa's massage treatments were a fantastic way to relax after a day of exploring. A small hiccup with the shuttle service's timing didn't dampen my overall experience, though using a taxi worked just fine 😊

The spacious Superior Double Room offered a serene escape, with an excellent breakfast with good poultry dishes. The cute staff made a noticeable impact, especially Flora and Sunny, who were attentive and helpful. The shuttle service to the main attractions was somewhat infrequent, and the hotel was a bit far from the city center, which occasionally made it less convenient. There were limited options for lunch and dinner, which could be improved.

Rooms are perfectly clean and fancy with a balcony. Nice bathtub. - Reasonably priced food. - Amazing setting. - Truly wonderful staff who provide excellent service.

The meals in the restaurant were good. the rooms were air-conditioned with a modern design. - the bathroom was absolutely clean. - the location was nice, approximately a 10-15 minutes' walk from Hoi An Ancient Town.

Convenient spot within a stone's throw of the central bridge, restaurants, and shops. 🏞️

Enjoyed our stay with a cool, trendy room that had great amenities! 😄
